Consigning is simple but requires a few important steps. First, all items must be stylish, gently used, and generally no older than three years. They should arrive cleaned, pressed, and ready for resale. That ensures buyers find them attractive and wearable immediately. Our staff provides clear instructions and guidance during your appointment so the process is smooth and straightforward.

Consignors must schedule an appointment for intake. During your appointment, our experienced staff will review each item and determine whether it qualifies for our collection. Sassy Fox sets the pricing for all items, removing any guesswork from the process. This ensures consistency and market-appropriate pricing while giving consignors confidence that their items are valued fairly.

Consignment Procedures:

• Consignment is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Existing accounts may drop off under 10 items as a drop-in; if willing to donate items, we are unable to consign.
• All items must be clean, pressed, and on disposable hangers
• Clothing and accessories must be name brand or designer—WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS FROM DISCOUNT STORES
• Items must be in excellent condition and no more than three years old.
• The consignor will receive 40% of the selling price (50% for items priced over $100)
• NO PICK UPS—unsold items will be donated to local charities. Items priced over $100 may be picked up

Earnings and Sale Periods

You earn 40% of the sale price for most items. Items priced over $100 earn 50% for the consignor. Each piece stays on the sales floor for ten weeks, giving buyers plenty of time to purchase. Scheduled markdowns occur during this period to help move inventory efficiently. Unsold items are donated at the end of the ten-week period. This keeps the inventory fresh and maintains a professional shopping environment. Sassy Fox is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage, so consignors should ensure items meet our intake standards. This transparent process helps consignors plan and feel secure throughout the sale.
